RESOLVED :: Email problems - Thursday 27 November 2014

Email outage affecting some users has now been resolved.

What is happening?

The fault that was affecting some users access to emails via Outlook client or Outlook Web Access has now been resolved.  The fault lay out with the University of Aberdeen network but did widely affect staff and students.

What should you do?

If you are still experiencing problems with your Outlook client can you please close Outlook then log back in to restore your connection.
