Website and file storage maintenance from 8pm on Monday 23rd June.
What is happening?
IT Services will be undertaking routine maintenance on one of the File Storage Servers this evening. This will affect the University website, H drive file storage and shared storage locations uoaglobaladmin, uoaglobalclsmABIC & uoaglobalCASS. This may result in these drives being unavailable for a brief time between 20:00 – 20:45 on Monday 23rd June.
What should you do?
Please be aware that the web service is at risk during this maintenance period. The performance of the University website may be impacted during the above period.
If you are planning to work on documents that are stored on your H drive or affected shared drives during this period, please save your work locally onto your hard drive or a USB drive. After this period, copy these files back to the network location to enable them to be backed up overnight.
