Outage on email and web
A number of University IT services suffered an outage at 2.30pm today for up to an hour. Impacted items include but were not limited to the University homepage, groupprint server, email authentication and MySQL dependent services.
IT services staff immediately investigated and discovered the root cause of the outage. Services were recovered by 3.30pm.
What you should do?
If you are experiencing Outlook email issues please close then re-open Outlook to ensure that your credentials are verified. If you are experiencing other IT problems then please contact the IT Service Desk.
