JANET maintenance planned to investigate fault
What is happening?
Our internet supplier (JANET) is going to carry out urgent maintenance work on our internet link on Tuesday morning (2nd October) between 0700 and 0900. During this time our internet access is at risk whilst JANET investigate a recently identified problem.
What should you do?
If you are working remotely, you may be unable to access any University resources such as email, University webpages and stored data.
If you are onsite in any University building or hall of residence, you may have no access to the internet including MyAberdeen.
