Update on email service
What is happening?
DIT have been able to identify the cause of the intermittent email problems and are currently working to resolve it.
The email service should now be restored to normal for the majority of email users, when accessing email from within the University.
There are a small group of users who, as a result of the problem, will be unable to send or receive email until the remedial work has been completed.
In addition, until we have completed the remedial work, all users will see some intermittent synchronisation issues if they are using a mobile device.
