Further update on email issues
What is happening?
The maintenance work carried out by DIT this afternoon did not resolve the issues with the email service. DIT are continuing to investigate and implement a permanent solution.
Until this is achieved, the current problems will continue to affect some users. A further update will be issued on Thursday morning.
What should you do?
If you are affected by this, you should be aware that mail will continue to be sent to and received from your mailbox but will be subject to delay and you may intermittently lose connection to the email service.
