Network disruptions within selected locations
What is happening?
DIT Service Engineers will be carrying out essential maintenance and upgrades to the campus network service on Friday 29 April 2011.
As a result there will be network disruptions to the following locations at the indicated times:
- Rowett Institute for Nutrition & Health : All morning
- Polwarth Building East & West : All day
During these periods there will be restricted availability of computing services at the above locations.
- Telephone system across campus : Brief interruptions between 13:00 – 14:00
What should you do?
Please be aware that there is a risk of loss of connectivity during this period. If you intend to work during this time at these locations, please save your work regularly to avoid any loss of data. If your telephone service is interrupted please wait for 30 seconds and try again.
