Further update on Admin printing issues
What is happening?
The change to connect administration users to their R: drive has gone ahead and all users should now be able to access their files located there.
Unfortunately, we have experienced a setback relating to the setting up of the printers. DIT Service Engineers are again manually installing these printers and these should all be available with basic functionality by 11:00am this morning. Full functionality (the ability to print from specific trays, duplex settings etc) should be available again by the end of the day.
What should you do?
Obviously this continues to cause disruption to administration users and their ability to print, we appreciate your patience and understanding whilst we attempt to resolve these issues. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
