What is happening?
In order to investigate a hardware fault, we will be powering off the SupportWorks server at 13:00 on Monday 23 March.
What should you do?
Please log out of SupportWorks by 13:00 on Monday. There will be a reminder message sent for those who are still logged in. If you do not log out, your session will be disconnected which may result in lost work.
Please do not log back in until you receive an email saying it is safe to do so.
