Slow logons on Classroom PCs
We are urgently investigating reports of slow logon and drive mapping issues within some of the IT classrooms.
At this time we believe that approximately 1 in 10 logons to classroom are impacted.
While we do not currently have a root cause for the problem the following workaround can be applied:
If you encounter a slow logon of more than 90 seconds, then there may be an issue affecting that device. Try the following:
• If available, use a different classroom computer
• Reboot the computer and try again.
