What is happening
Multiple services will be at risk while we install critical software updates within our data centres over the course of the next two weekends.
The at-risk time periods are:
- Saturday 18 March – 10am to 7pm
- Saturday 25 March – 9am to 7pm
Please save your work regularly and if you experience connectivity issues wait a few minutes then try again.
Why is this happening
- We are installing critical security patches to our core router network.
- Core routers are IT network equipment that move all the network traffic around campus.
We would like to apologise for any inconvenience you may experience should some services be offline on either of the affected days.
