Planned update for SNAP Surveys and will be unavailable from 9am to noon.
What is happening?
The server that hosts SNAP surveys is having its operating system updated to the latest available version. The university’s instance of SNAP Surveys will be offline from 9am to Noon on Tuesday 29th.
During this window, new surveys cannot be uploaded, and respondents will be unable to complete hosted surveys.
What do you need to do?
Please avoid trying to upload surveys to the SNAP Surveys server during the maintenance window.
