SPSS users may see an expiry warning upon starting the software and may see a notice that the license is due to expire. The license will continue to run until 30 days after the expiration date.

University Managed Desktop PCs and Macs
No action required. The SPSS network license on university managed Desktop and Mac computers should have already been updated.
Users on a Personal Device or a University Managed Laptop/MacBook
You will need to follow the directions below to update your license.
• Log into the Software Download site with your university credentials.
• Click on the SPSS folder and select the subfolder for your operating system.
• Download the updated PDF instructions and follow them to extend your license.
