SNAP webhost report generation feature
What is happening?
The report generation feature in the Snap surveys webhost has been temporarily disabled as a protective measure against a known bug. This will be re-enabled once a stable patch is fully rolled out. All other features of the snap webhost including survey hosting, data collection, storage and download are unaffected.
How will this affect me?
Users of the Snap webhost are currently unable to generate summary or questionnaire reports inside the snap webhost. Attempting to do so will return an error message (Error code: -11). However, the tutorial video linked below details how the same reports can be generated using the Snap 11 desktop software as a workaround until the issue is resolved.
