There will be further planned telephony maintenance this evening, Tues 30 July from 6pm.
This will affect all IP phones with some phones being unable to connect for around 1 hour. Telephones in lifts, Security Control and Aberdeen Sports Village will be unaffected.
This is in addition to the planned work on old style digital and analog phones that is ongoing this afternoon.
What should you do?
If you answer or place a call during this time, please warn your contact that you may be disconnected suddenly.
If your call is disconnected you, or the calling party, should attempt to redial after the maintenance period.
