You will not be able to print, copy or scan using the MFDs
What is happening?
You will not be able to print, copy or scan using the Konica Minolta MFDs during the weekend of Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 July.
The webprint service will also be unavailable from midday on Friday 27 July and all weekend
We hope to have all services resumed in time for start of business on Monday 30 July.
What do you need to do?
Please inform firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible if this event will significantly impair your business that weekend, or if you have any questions.
Please print any documents you require before close of play on Friday 27 July.
Please let us know on Monday 30 July if you experience any issues using the MFDs.
Why is this happening?
These planned outages are to allow significant upgrades to the server infrastructure that runs the MFD service. External specialists from Konica Minolta will be assisting IT Services to complete this work. We do not expect this change to have any effect on your use of the MFDs after the weekend.
