Issues with Office365/MyAberdeen - Friday 16 February

Services now restored.

What happened

We experienced a network outage this morning that impacted on our Office365 services (email via the web, Sharepoint, Skype for Business), video conferencing and our access to MyAberdeen.

 

This outage was external to the University and was escalated to JaNET, our network provider. Services have now been restored.

 

We apologise for the inconvenience from this unplanned outage.
