Exhibitor registration is now closed.

Here is a reminder of what each exhibitor stand will receive:

  • 1 x Trestle Table

  • 2 x Chairs

  • 1 x Poster Board

  • Access to power supply

The event will be held in Conference Suite 2 at P&J Live, located on the first floor. A service lift is available for transporting any materials or equipment.

Please note: If you require any additional equipment (e.g., monitors or items not listed above), these must be arranged and brought to the venue by you. 

Business Events Lunch (in partnership with P&J Live, Aberdeen Convention Bureau and CPD Services, University of Aberdeen)

Exhibitors can register to attend this complimentary lunch and hear about the support available for bringing national and international conferences into Aberdeen and holding them at P&J Live. This lunchtime workshop will provide an overview of the support services available for hosting events in Aberdeen, and highlight some case studies of previous events that has been held in Aberdeen.
