This course provides training in how to prepare and lead Christian worship, enabling people to serve their local churches faithfully and well.
This six-week course includes course materials, six online tutorials and recorded lectures on the platform MyAberdeen. Learners will submit a short assessment piece at the end of the course.

The three aims in week four include:
- How to read God's word in worship
- Leading prayer in worship
- Choosing hymns and songs for worship
- Engaging styles, intergenerational services and the future of worship

Learners will explore the following themes:
- Different worship styles
- Generational disconnections and intergenerational services
- The role of technology
- Church worship in the future
- Creating and critiquing orders of service

Learners will finish the course by learning about orders of service and planning worship.
