Business transformation is no longer optional; it is a capability that determines which organisations adapt, survive and grow. Gain practical tools to lead transformation through people, not technology. You will gain the mindset, methods, and tools to drive strategic change with clarity, not chaos.
Why This Course Matters
70–80% of digital transformation initiatives still fail (McKinsey, 2024; Gartner, 2025), yet the global digital transformation market is projected to grow at over 25% CAGR, reaching over £365B in the UK by 2033, and £10 trillion globally (Yahoo News, 2025). The opportunity is enormous, but only for those equipped to lead it.
