Abstract:
Energy law as a sub-discipline in law is growing. This seminar explores this theme and examines the current issues in energy law. It presents why the time has come for a new framework for energy law, why energy law needs a new framework and one option for that new framework. It concludes with some international perspectives on the development of energy law.
