Our focus is on theory-driven research which informs new approaches to teaching and learning, assessment and curriculum design, throughout the continuum of healthcare education.  We support both research which has immediate impact on practice and policy and more theoretical work which paves the way for changing thinking.

CHERI’s research programme is concentrated on three broad themes of Selection, Assessment & Performance, Education & Healthcare Sysyems Reform, and Healthcare Careers Decision Making.
