Edinburgh Half Marathon - raising funds for Women's Health Research

Please note: this event is fully booked!

Join in one of the UK’s most popular running events and experience the Edinburgh Marathon Festival on Sunday 26 May while fundraising to support women's health research at the University.

Working closely with NHS colleagues, our team of researchers at the Aberdeen Centre for Women’s Health are on a mission to improve the lives of women across their life course. With your support, our research will have a direct impact, addressing women’s clinical needs and identifying the best ways to deliver effective and personalised care for conditions from fertility through pregnancy, childbirth, menstrual disorders, precancerous conditions to pelvic floor disorders and incontinence.

We can offer you a free charity place in the Half Marathon, we just ask that you raise a minimum of £100 towards women's health research at the University. Or, if you have your own place visit www.edinburghmarathon.com to enter now and set your own fundraising target.

All of our runners will receive fundraising support along the way, a UoA goody bag and a UoA fundraising t-shirt.
