THE ICETEX is a state agency that promotes higher education through the provision of educational credit and collection, with themselves or others, the population with fewer economic opportunities and good academic resources. It also facilitates access to educational opportunities offered by the international community to improve the quality of life of Colombians and thus contribute to economic and social development.
