About

Biography

I am currently a lecturer (assistant professor) at School of Natural and Computing Sciences, University of Aberdeen, and also a honorary researcher at University of Glasgow. I received my B.Eng. degree in information security from Northeastern University, Shenyang, China, in 2016, and the Ph.D. degree from the Department of Computer Science, Loughborough University, U.K., in 2020. Before I joined University of Aberdeen, I have subsequently worked as a postdoctoral researcher at School of Computing science, University of Glasgow, and a lecturer at University of Roehampton (London) and University of Lincoln, U.K..

My research interests include

  • applied artificial intelligence (AI), machine leaning (ML), and robotics & autonomous systems (RAS).
  • future generation computer networks, internet of things (IoTs), distributed wireless systems
  • information security, blockchain
