Biography
I studied Graphic Design a long time ago! After a stint in local design agencies, I joined the University, which was over 20 years ago.
During that time I have worked in various initiatives/departments within the University, designing many things from software to publications - creating educational resources and more recently designing the University marketing materials - Prospectuses, Magazines and Brochures etc.
Throughout my time at the University I have tried to keep developing my creativity by taking evening classes in drawing, painting, printmaking and studying for a BA Hons in Fine Art, graduating in 2011.
My design philosophy can be summed up in the following quote from Paul Rand:
Simplicity is not the goal. It is the by-product of a good idea and modest expectations.
