Support from E.ON Ruhrgas UK's Student Travel Award benefits four University of Aberdeen MSc students
Four MSc students and an academic chaperone from the University of Aberdeen attended the MCE Deepwater Development Conference 2012 in Paris from the 26 - 28 March thanks to support from an E.ON Ruhrgas Student Travel Award.
The generous support covered the cost of travel, accommodation and conference costs for the five University representatives and enabled them to make the most of one of the world's most important energy events.
Student chaperone Dr Ekaterina Pavlovskaia from the University's Centre for Applied Dynamics Research stated "we would like to thank E.ON Ruhrgas for their generous support. It was a great opportunity for the students to learn more about the subsea industry and deepwater developments. They took full advantage of the experience and enjoyed it enormously".
