Moira Taylor, a keen storyteller from Peterhead, scooped the £500 cash prize for her short story Lizzie's Dother. Sheena Blackhall gave a reading of the winning story and it will be published in Leopard Magazine. The award was made at ‘a wee word’ Writers Festival at the University of Aberdeen, onWednesday 2 May, at 6.30pm.
