Biography: Son of Adam Campbell; born Petty, Inverness-shire, 16 April 1874. M.A., 1894. Corporal, 4th Volunteer Battalion Gordon Highlanders, 1917-19. War work-Y.M.C.A., Alsace Lorraine, 1918-19.
