Biography: Son of James Brodie; born Elgin, 24 February 1890. M.B., 1913. Lieutenant, R.A.M.C., 4 December 1914. M.O. i/c 22nd Division Royal Engineers. Served - Home, 1914-15, 1918-19; France, September-November 1915, January-November 1918; Salonika, December 1915-December 1917. Final rank, Captain. Mentioned in despatches, 1917.
