Booth, James Mackenzie
Biography: Son of James Booth; born Aberdeen, 7 October 1855. M.A., 1875; M.B., 1877; M.D., 1886. Lieutenant-Colonel, R.A.M.C., a la suite, attached to the 1st Scottish General Hospital, 1914-18. Died, 8 May 1919.
