Biography: Son of Alexander Moir; born Dundee, 28 August 1897. M.B., 1921. A.U.O.T.C. Surgeon-Sub-Lieutenant, 10 September 1917. Served in H.M.S. "Myrtle," Home waters, September 1917-April 1918. Final rank, Surgeon-Sub-Lieutenant.
