Biography: Son of W. S. Milne; born Aboyne, 11 June 1884. M.B., 1907; Diploma of Public Health, 1909. Rejected. War work-Assistant M.O., King Edward VII Sanatorium, Midhurst, 1915-17 ; Medical Superintendent, Ochil Hills Sanatorium, Kinross-shire, 1917-19.
