Biography: Son of James Milne; born Aberdeen, 28 February 1879. M.B., 1901; Diploma of Public Health, 1903. Captain. (Recruiting Officer), South Africa Medical Corps, November 1914; attached 2nd South Africa General Hospital, Served-East African Expeditionary Force, 1915-18. Final rank, Captain.
