Biography: Son of Charles B. Milne; born Peterhead, 2 August 1889. Arts, 1919-. Private, 41st Territorial Reserve Battery, 4 September 1917. Served with 4th Reserve Battery, Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders; 17th Royal Scots Home, 1 year; France, 6 months, Final rank, Lance Corporal.
