Biography: Son of Joseph Wallace Blincow and Constance May Blincow, of Bedford; born Bedford, 2 March 1924; educated at Bedford School. He joined the Army in 1942, and in the same year attended the R.A. course at the University. Later on he served in Western Europe, and was killed in action on 10 July 1944.
