Biography: Son of Andrew E. Lumsden ; born Peterhead, 26 November 1894. Law, 1919-. Not passed for service. Assistant Paymaster, R.N.V.R., 28 February 1918. Served in-H.M.S. "Pembroke," "Victory," "Wildfire," February 1918-March 1919-. Final rank, Paymaster Sub-Lieutenant.
