Biography: Son of Alexander Rose; born Nigg, Kincardineshire, 13 August 1898. Medicine, 1919-. Private, R.A.M.C. (T.), 10 May 1915. Served-1st Scottish General Hospital, R.A.M.C. Depot, Blackpool, 41st, 43rd, Casualty Clearing Station Home, France, 1915-18. Final rank, Acting Corporal.
