Biography: Son of James Fraser; born Matala, Ceylon, 28 January 1870. Medicine, 1894; F.R.S.E.; F.G.S.E. Private, 7th Gordon Highlanders, January 1915 ; commissioned, 6th Gordon Highlanders, January 1916. Home service, 4½ years. Final rank, Captain.
