Lieutenant-Surgeon, Volunteer Battalion Gordon Highlanders, 1896, later 5th Gordon Highlanders (Territorial Force). Mobilized as Major, R.A.M.C., 4 August 1914. Home service, Aberdeen, 1914-19. Final rank, Major. T.D.
