Biography: Son of Alexander Findlay; born Aberdeen, 11 September 1898. Agriculture, 1919-. A.U.O.T.C. Trooper, Scottish Horse, 6 August 1914. Served-Home, 1914-15 ; Dardanelles, June-December 1915 ; Egypt, December 1915-March 1916; Salonika, March 1916-March 1918; France, April-July 1918. Final rank, Corporal.
