Gjøe, Henning

Biography

Henning Gjøe studied at Wittenberg in 1558; landowner in Laaland (Lolland), Denmark, and married Anna Skram in 1567. He acted as a Marshal of the Danish court, 1594-1606. Gjøe and Skram were in Princess Anne of Denmark's party when she sailed in 1589 to marry James VI.
