Gadderar, William

Biography

Burgess of Elgin, afterwards provost and procurator fiscal. Seems to have been a collector of many Kinloss books as well as the manuscript Liber Pluscardensis.



From Provenance Catalogue: Gaderar was born c.1520. He became burgess of Elgin, then later provost and procurator fiscal. He died in 1590.
