University of British Columbia

We have partnerships with both UBC Vancouver and UBC Okanagan.

The University of British Columbia is a global centre for teaching, learning and research, consistently ranked among the top 20 public universities in the world and recently recognized as North America's most international university. As a result, UBC students, faculty and staff continue to embrace innovation and challenge the status quo, placing them at the forefront of discovery, learning and engagement. UBC encourages bold thinking, curiosity and initiative, so you can realize your greatest potential.

The University of British Columbia’s Vancouver campus is located at the western tip of the Point Grey Peninsula in the city of Vancouver in British Columbia, Canada. More than 400 hectares in size, the stunning campus is surrounded by forest on three sides and ocean on the fourth, and is just a 30 minute bus ride to Vancouver's downtown core. The campus has been located on this site for most of its 100-year; a location that is the traditional territory of the Musqueam people. As a top-ranked research university, the Vancouver campus is home to some outstanding facilities, including TRIUMF laboratory for subatomic physics, the Chan Centre for the Performing Arts, Canada's largest teaching museum (the Museum of Anthropology), the Beaty Biodiversity Museum, and the UBC Botanical Garden and Centre for Plant Research.

The University of British Columbia's Okanagan campus is located in Kelowna, British Columbia, in the heart of the scenic Okanagan Valley, one of Canada’s fastest-growing regions. The area offers access to world-class recreation, vineyards, and a thriving tech and innovation sector, all within a four-season climate. UBC Okanagan is distinguished by its tight‑knit academic community, where intimate class sizes enable meaningful faculty‑student collaboration, interdisciplinary programs, and hands‑on experiential learning such as co‑op placements, research projects, and global study opportunities. The campus emphasizes sustainability, Indigenous engagement, and applied research that addresses regional and global challenges, particularly in areas such as climate resilience, health, agriculture, and data science.
