Established in 1982, the University of Reunion Island is a French public higher education and research institution. The university plays a key role as a bridge between Europe and the Indian Ocean, so it is no wonder that the university prides in its diverse student population and in its geographic location. The university is one of the most outermost regions of France so it is the perfect place to live in a French-speaking country and grow your French skills, obviously while enjoying the fantastic weather.
Located in the heart of the Indian Ocean, as the university is the only European university in the region, it offers an interesting international experience.
