Funding Agreement
After you have applied for funding, you will notified in the summer if you were successful. All successful students will receive a Funding Agreement, including Go Abroad - Traineeship Terms Conditions 25-26. This needs to be signed and returned by the stated deadline in order to confirm your funding.
If your traineeship details are not confirmed at the time of application, your funding is conditional to you securing a traineeship which meets the eligibility criteria. You should inform the Go Abroad Team if any details of your traineeship change eg duration, host organisation.

Pre-Departure Meeting
All students holding a funding award must attend a mandatory Pre-Departure Briefing. These are held in May and October, and recorded versions are also available depending on when your traineeship takes place.
Funding Paperwork
All paperwork related to your traineeship will be issued to you by the Go Abroad Team in advance of your start date, with full instructions given for completion.
