Join celebrity chef Nick Nairn and nutrition scientist Dr Alexandra Johnstone from the Rowett Institute for an interactive cooking demonstration.  While Nick prepares traditional Scottish fare with a difference, the audience will be able to quiz our nutrition expert about the food on the menu.
