Join Lesley Gillespie, local chef and Edinburgh International Science Festival Student Chef Challenge Winner 2012,and Mark Paterson, Curator of the Cruickshank Botanic Garden for a very special event in the Garden. Mark will introduce his new vegetable garden, while Lesley will cook up simple and tasty dishes using produce you could grow at home. Nutritionists from the Rowett will be on hand to answer all your questions.
