Ilias Kazeem
Ilias Kazeem obtained an LLB from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria, in 2013 and he was subsequently called to the Nigeria Bar in 2014. He has practised in Nigeria, in the areas of litigation, commercial arbitration and commercial law, for a number of years. Ilias has concluded his study for an LLM in Energy and Environmental Law, at the University of Aberdeen, on a scholarship awarded by the School of Law. He has been admitted for a PhD, on a merit scholarship also awarded by the School of Law, University of Aberdeen. His research focuses on international arbitration, energy and natural resources law, public participation, social licence to operate and international investment law. Ilias is currently an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK, Nigerian branch.
