I am a researcher at the University of Aberdeen running a study exploring varied approaches which have been taken to governance of innovation and data across different areas of key societal interest, and the establishment and operation of particular regimes and systems, the negotiations towards the International Legally Binding Instrument on the Conservation and Sustainable Use of Marine Biodiversity of Areas Beyond National Jurisdiction.
